The ceremony and reception will both be held at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens.

Shuttle Services will be available at Union Station Hotel, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, and Hilton Green Hills Hotel to take to Cheekwood. Shuttles will pick passengers up from the hotel at 4:30PM and leave at 4:45PM. Return trips to the hotels will be at 9PM, 10PM, and 11PM. Complimentary valet parking will also be available at Cheekwood for ceremony and reception beginning at 5PM.

Yes! We will have complimentary valet parking at the ceremony/reception.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. We suggest arriving at 5:00 pm.

Black tie optional attire is requested. We know you will all show up looking your best!

For out of town guests or those who want to stay at the hotel where the welcome party will take place, we have reserved a room block at Union Station Hotel (link to room block in hotel accommodations link on website). We have also reserved room blocks at Loews Hotel and Hilton Nashville Green Hills (link to room blocks in hotel accommodations link on website).
